Aims & Objective

This study will be conducted to determine the prevalence of burnout in Nurses working in the Emergency department inside a Tertiary Care Center to reveal the risk predictors of high burnout.

Methodology

A qualitative cross-sectional survey of Nurses working in Emergency department to be conducted using a validated self-administered electronic Questionnaires. The survey includes the Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) questionnaire (Attached) to assess the three components of the burnout syndrome the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion (EE), depersonalization (DP) and personal accomplishment (PA).

The proposal should include the following sections

-Introduction

-Background and Significance

-Literature Review

-Research Design and Methods

-Conclusion

-Citations
